Warranty Statement

The entire machine is under a one-year warranty.But the evaporator drum is warranted for five yearsin case of leakage or deformation (free drum replacement).

Q1.What is the delivery time?
A: For 0.3 ton to 3 ton machines, delivery is within 2 weeks. For machines above 5 tons, delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Q2.Is customization available?
A: Yes.We offer customization services tailored to the customer's requirements.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The most common payment method is 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install using the manuals, online instructions, and live video support provided by GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant engineers is available. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will send 1-2 engineers, depending on project size, to oversee and finalize the installation.
