Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves by following the detailed manuals, comprehensive online instructions, and interactive live video conferences provided by GRANT. This ensures a seamless installation process even remotely.

2. For installations requiring professional oversight, Grant offers the option of on-site installation by experienced Grant engineers. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers, based on the scale of the project, to the installation site for final supervision and commissioning to ensure everything is perfectly set up.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by the engineer during the installation process, including transportation, accommodation, and other related costs.
b. Customers must ensure that power, water supply, necessary installation tools, and spare parts are prepared in advance before the arrival of Grant engineers to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation.
