A: The most common payment term is a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. This ensures a smooth transaction and timely delivery.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to independently install the equipment by following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT, ensuring a seamless setup process.

2. Alternatively, Grant engineers are available for installation assistance. For machines exceeding 5 tons, GRANT will dispatch 1 to 2 experienced engineers, depending on the project size, to the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers must cover all expenses for the engineer during the installation period, which includes transportation costs.
b. It is essential to prepare power, water, installation tools, and spare parts before the arrival of Grant engineers to ensure an efficient installation process.
