Warranty Statement

The entire machine carries a one-year warranty.However the evaporator drum is covered for five yearsagainst leakage or deformation, with free replacement for defects.

A: Typically, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install using the manuals, online instructions, and live video assistance provided by GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant's engineers can handle the installation. For machines over 5 tons, we dispatch 1 to 2 engineers, depending on the project size, for on-site supervision and final commissioning.
