The entire machine is warranted for one year.However, the evaporator drum comes with a five-year warranty against leakage or deformation (free replacement of the drum).

A: The standard payment terms are 30% in advance and the remaining 70% before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install the equipment with manuals, online instructions, and live video support provided by GRANT.

2. Grant engineers are available for installation. For purchases over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers, based on project scope, to oversee final installation and commissioning.
