2. For installations by Grant engineers, when purchasing a machine over 5 tons, Grant can dispatch 1-2 engineers, based on project size, to oversee final installation and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for all expenses regarding the engineer's travel and accommodation during the installation.
b. Power, water, installation tools, and spare parts should be prepared in advance before the arrival of Grant engineers.
