Product Features:

During the ice-making process, the ice plate is temporarily sealed, allowing water to be sprayed from the bottom up into the ice chamber. At a crisp -25ºC, this method produces pure, transparent ice cubes, eliminating nearly 100% of impurities.

After the ice is formed, a high-temperature hot air flow raises the ice plate's temperature, facilitating de-icing. The ice cubes then descend by gravity into the storage refrigerator.

This versatile ice maker produces both rectangular and large cube ice, making it a perfect choice for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine, cafes, and various other establishments.
