A: Delivery time is 2 weeks for 0.3-3 tons, and 5-6 weeks for machines above 5 tons.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The standard payment terms include a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% to be settled before shipment. This ensures a seamless transaction process.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to install the equipment themselves by following our comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferencing support provided by GRANT.

2. Professional installation by Grant engineers is available. For machines exceeding 5 tons, Grant will arrange for 1 to 2 engineers, depending on the project size, to visit installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer during installation, including transportation costs.
b. Ensure that power, water supply, installation tools, and spare parts are prepared before Grant engineers arrive.
