A: The most common payment term is a 30% deposit paid in advance, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment. This ensures a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can independently install the equipment by meticulously following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and interactive live video conferences provided by GRANT. This user-friendly guidance ensures a seamless setup experience.

2. Professional installation by Grant engineers is also available. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will assign 1 to 2 engineers, based on the project's size, to visit the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning. This service guarantees optimal performance and reliability.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer during the installation, including transportation. This ensures that the installation process is smooth and uninterrupted.
b. Power, water, installation tools, and spare parts must be prepared before the arrival of Grant engineers. This preparation is crucial for a streamlined and efficient installation process.
