Warranty Statement

The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty.However, the evaporator drum is covered for five years against leakage or deformation (a free replacement drum will be provided).

Q1.What is the delivery time?
A: For units ranging from 0.3 to 3 tons, expect a delivery time of 2 weeks. For units over 5 tons, delivery will take 3 to 4 weeks.

A: Yes, we offer customization services tailored to client specifications.We can provide customization services according to customer requirements.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Typically, 30% of the payment is made in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can manage installation themselves with the help of provided manuals, online guides, and live video consultations from GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant engineers can handle the installation. For purchases over 5 tons, we will dispatch 1~2 engineers (depending on the project size) to oversee and finalize the installation and commissioning.
