Product Features:

As the ice is generated, the ice plate temporarily seals. Water is then meticulously sprayed from bottom to top within the ice chamber at an impressively low -25ºC. This process ensures the formation of pure and transparent ice cubes, achieving an almost perfect impurity removal rate.

Upon completion of ice formation, a high-temperature hot air flow elevates the ice plate's temperature for efficient de-icing. This mechanism allows the freshly formed ice to effortlessly descend into the storage refrigerator purely by its own weight.

Our advanced ice maker offers versatile rectangular and large cube ice options, making it an exceptional choice for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine restaurants, cafes, and numerous other establishments.
