1. Customers can efficiently install the equipment themselves by following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and interactive live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. We also offer professional installation services by Grant engineers. For purchases exceeding 5 tons, we will assign 1-2 engineers, depending on the project's complexity, to visit the installation site for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer's travel and accommodation during the installation period.
b. Please ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are ready and available before Grant engineers arrive on-site.
