2. For those requiring assistance, Grant offers professional installation services. When purchasing equipment over 5 tons, Grant will deploy 1-2 skilled engineers, depending on the project's scale, to oversee final installation, supervision, and commissioning on-site.
a. Customers should cover all associated costs for the engineer during installation, including transportation.
b. Ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are prepared before the arrival of Grant engineers.
