During ice production, the ice plate temporarily closes, enabling water to be sprayed upwards into the ice chamber at an impressive -25ºC. This process results in pure, transparent ice cubes with nearly 100% of impurities meticulously removed.
After the ice formation, the temperature of the ice plate is increased through high-temperature hot air flow for de-icing. This allows the ice to gracefully fall into the storage refrigerator due to its own weight.
