The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty.Additionally, the evaporator drum is covered for five years against leakage or deformation (with free replacement of the drum).

A: Delivery takes 2 weeks for machines ranging from 0.3 tons to 3 tons and 3 to 4 weeks for machines above 5 tons.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The most common payment method is a 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves with the help of our manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant engineers can handle the installation. For machines over 5 tons, we will arrange 1-2 engineers, depending on project size, to visit the installation site for final supervision and commissioning.
