Warranty Statement

Our entire machine comes with a one-year warranty. The evaporator drum, however, is warranted for five years against leakage or deformation, with free drum replacement if necessary.

1. Customers can install the equipment themselves by following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT. This convenient and user-friendly installation process ensures you can get your equipment up and running with ease.

2. Professional installation by Grant engineers is available. For purchases of machines over 5 tons, Grant will arrange for 1-2 engineers, based on the project size, to visit the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer's installation visit, including transportation. This guarantees that the engineer's focus remains entirely on providing the highest quality installation service.
b. Before the arrival of Grant engineers, please ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are prepared. This preparation will facilitate a seamless and efficient installation process.
