Warranty Statement

 

The whole machine is under warranty for one year. However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

2. Installation by Grant engineers is available for machines over 5 tons. 1-2 engineers will be arranged for final supervision and commissioning.


 

 

Installation Requirements:

 

• Customers are responsible for all expenses of the engineer during installation, including transportation.


• Power, water, installation tools, and spare parts must be prepared before Grant engineers arrive.
