Q3: What payment methods are supported?
A: The standard payment method involves a 30% advance, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.
Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers may undertake installation themselves, aided by manuals, online guidance, and live video support from GRANT.
2. For machines over 5 tons, installation by Grant's experienced engineers is available. Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers for on-site supervision and commissioning to ensure excellence.
a. Kindly note that customers are expected to cover all travel-related expenses for the engineer during the installation phase. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation costs.
b. To ensure a seamless installation experience, please prepare power supply, water access, necessary installation tools, and any spare parts prior to the arrival of the Grant engineers.
