2. For installations of our robust machines exceeding 5 tons, Grant offers the exclusive expertise of our engineers. We will dispatch a team of 1-2 highly skilled engineers to your location to oversee the final stages of installation and ensure seamless commissioning.
a. Please note that all travel and related expenses for the engineer during the installation process are the customer's responsibility. This includes transportation costs, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.
b. Prior to the arrival of Grant engineers, we kindly request that power, water, necessary installation tools, and any spare parts are prepared and ready to facilitate a smooth and efficient installation process.
