A: Delivery is 2 weeks for capacities of 0.3-3 tons and 5-6 weeks for capacities above 5 tons.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Typically, we require a 30% deposit in advance with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to install the equipment themselves with the aid of comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Grant also offers professional installation services. For purchases exceeding 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers, depending on the project's scale, to the installation site for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer's installation services, including transportation costs.
b. Ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are readily available before the Grant engineers' arrival.
