Product Features:

During the ice production process, our advanced ice maker temporarily closes the ice plate and sprays water upwards into the ice chamber maintained at -25ºC. This results in the formation of crystal-clear, pure ice cubes, boasting an impressive near 100% impurity removal rate.

Once the ice is perfectly formed, a high-temperature hot air flow raises the ice plate's temperature to effortlessly de-ice the cubes. This allows them to smoothly fall into the storage refrigerator, ready for immediate use.

Our versatile ice maker produces both rectangular and large cube ice, making it the ideal choice for high-end bars, exclusive clubs, authentic Japanese cuisine restaurants, cozy cafes, and various other establishments.
