As the ice plate closes temporarily, water is meticulously sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at an impressive -25ºC. This process ensures the creation of pure, transparent ice cubes, with an extraordinary impurity removal rate nearing 100%.

Once the ice formation is complete, the ice plate's temperature is elevated by a powerful high-temperature hot air flow. This sophisticated de-icing method allows the ice to gently descend into the storage refrigerator under its own weight.

Versatile and efficient, this ice maker offers both rectangular and large cube ice options. It is an ideal solution for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine establishments, cafes, and a variety of other settings seeking premium ice.
