Warranty Statement

The entire machine is covered under a one-year warranty.However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five yearsagainst leakage or deformation (free drum replacement).

A: The standard payment terms are 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% before shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install using the manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant engineers is available. For machines over 5 tons, we will dispatch 1-2 engineers, depending on project size, for final supervision and commissioning.
