Product Features:

Our state-of-the-art ice maker works by temporarily sealing the ice plate and spraying water from the bottom upwards into the ice chamber at a bone-chilling -25ºC. This process ensures the production of impeccable ice cubes that are pure and nearly 100% free from impurities.

Once the ice cubes have formed, we utilize a high-temperature hot air flow to gently warm the ice plate for de-icing. This innovative technique allows the ice to descend seamlessly into the storage refrigerator under its own weight.

Offering both rectangular and large cube ice options, this versatile ice maker is the perfect addition to bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine restaurants, cafes, and other premium establishments.
