The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty.However, the evaporator drum is covered for five yearsagainst leakage or deformation, with free drum replacement if necessary.

A: Typically, a 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers may self-install using manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Grant engineers are available for installation. For machines over 5 tons, we will send 1-2 engineers, depending on the project size, for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers must cover all expenses for the engineer during installation, including transportation.
