A: Typically, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install using GRANT's manuals, online instructions, and live video support.

2. Grant engineers can perform installations. For machines over 5 tons, 1-2 engineers will be dispatched based on project size for supervision and commissioning.
