This process ensures the creation of pure, transparent ice cubes, removing nearly 100% of impurities for unmatched clarity and quality.

Once the ice is perfectly formed, a high-temperature hot air flow gently elevates the ice plate's temperature for effortless de-icing. This allows the ice to gracefully descend into the storage refrigerator, all under its own weight.

Versatile and efficient, this ice maker provides both rectangular and large cube ice options, making it the perfect choice for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine, cafes, and a variety of other establishments.
