A: The standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment to ensure the smooth delivery of your order.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to self-install the equipment by meticulously following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and real-time video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Professional installation by Grant's expert engineers is also available. For machines with a capacity exceeding 5 tons, GRANT will dispatch 1 to 2 engineers, based on the project size, to the installation site for thorough supervision and precise commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses of the engineer during the installation, including transportation costs.
b. Please ensure that power, water supply, necessary installation tools, and spare parts are all prepared and ready before the arrival of Grant engineers.
