A: 2 weeks for 0.3-3 ton; 5-6 weeks for ice machines above 5 ton.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The most common payment terms are a 30% advance deposit, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to install the equipment themselves with the comprehensive support of manuals, online instructions, and live video conferencing provided by GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant engineers is available. For machines over 5 tons, GRANT will arrange 1 to 2 engineers, depending on the project size, to visit the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by the engineers during the installation process, including transportation costs.
b. Customers must ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are ready before GRANT engineers arrive on site.
