The entire machine comes with a one-year comprehensive warranty. However, the evaporator drum boasts a warranty for five years against leakage or deformation, with free replacement of a new drum if required.

A: Expect delivery within 2 weeks for systems ranging from 0.3ton to 3ton; For machines over 5tons, the delivery time extends to 5-6 weeks.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Typically, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can perform the installation themselves, guided by manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant engineers are available for installation. For machines over 5tons, we will dispatch 1~2 engineers, depending on the project scale, for on-site supervision and commissioning.
