Product Features:

When producing ice, the ice plate is temporarily sealed, and water is sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at -25ºC. This process creates pure, transparent ice cubes with an exceptional impurity removal rate of nearly 100%.

Once the ice is perfectly formed, the ice plate's temperature is elevated by a high-temperature hot air flow for effortless de-icing. The ice then descends gracefully into the storage refrigerator due to its own weight.

This versatile ice maker offers both rectangular and large cube ice options, making it ideal for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine restaurants, cafes, and a variety of other establishments seeking premium ice quality.
