Product Features:

Our innovative ice production method involves temporarily closing the ice plate while water is meticulously sprayed from bottom to top into a -25ºC ice chamber. This process ensures the creation of pristine, transparent ice cubes with an astounding near-100% impurity removal rate.

Upon formation, the ice plate is gently warmed using a high-temperature hot air stream, allowing the ice to effortlessly slide into the storage refrigerator due to gravity, ensuring a seamless de-icing process.

Designed for versatility, our ice maker produces both rectangular and large cube ice, making it an indispensable asset for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine restaurants, cafes, and a variety of other hospitality establishments.
