Warranty Statement

The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty.However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years against leakage or deformation (free replacement of the drum).

A: Typically, 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves with the help of manuals, online instructions, and live video support from GRANT.

2. Grant engineers are available for installation. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will send 1-2 engineers, depending on project size, to the installation site for supervision and commissioning.
