Q1. What is the delivery time?
A: 2 weeks for 0.3-3 ton systems and 5-6 weeks for systems over 5 tons.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Our standard payment terms are 30% upfront at the time of order placement, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can undertake the installation themselves by following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Professional installation by Grant engineers is also available. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 experienced engineers, based on project size, to the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by the engineer during the installation, including transportation.
b. Ensure that power supply, water, installation tools, and necessary spare parts are prepared and ready before Grant engineers arrive.
