The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty. Additionally, the evaporator drum is covered for five years against leakage or deformation, with a complimentary replacement if necessary.

Q1. What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery is within 2 weeks for 0.3-3 ton units, and 5-6 weeks for units above 5 tons.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The most common payment structure involves a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can install the equipment themselves by following the comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant engineers is also available. For machines over 5 tons, GRANT will arrange for 1 to 2 engineers, depending on the project size, to visit the installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses of the engineer during the installation, including transportation.
b. Ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are ready before Grant engineers arrive.
