Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A:Our standard payment terms are 30% in advance, with the balance of 70% due prior to shipment.

Q4:Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to self-install the equipment using manuals, online instructions, and live video support provided by GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant offers installation services. For purchases over 5 tons, we can dispatch 1-2 engineers, depending on the project size, to oversee and finalize installation and commissioning on-site.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses related to the engineer’s travel during installation.
b. Please ensure power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are ready prior to the arrival of Grant engineers.
