Warranty Statement

 

The whole machine is under warranty for one year. However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

 

Packing System

 

This machine is securely packaged in a wooden crate, ensuring maximum protection during transportation and handling.

 

FAQ

Delivery Time: 2 weeks for 0.3-3 tons, 5-6 weeks for above 5 tons ice machine.

 

Customization: Yes. We provide customization services according to customer requirements.

 

Payment Methods: The most common is 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

 

Installation & Commissioning:

 

1. Customers can install the equipment themselves following the manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.


2. Installation by Grant engineers is available for machines over 5 tons. Grant will arrange 1-2 engineers to visit installation sites for final supervision and commissioning.
