The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty. The evaporator drum is covered for five years against leakage or deformation (new drum replacement included).

A: For 0.3-3 ton machines, delivery is within 2 weeks. For machines above 5 tons, delivery takes 5-6 weeks.

A: Yes. We offer customization services tailored to customer requirements.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: The most common payment method is a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. This ensures a secure and streamlined transaction process.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to self-install the equipment using comprehensive manuals, detailed online instructions, and interactive live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Professional installation by Grant engineers is also available. For purchases over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1 to 2 experienced engineers based on project size to oversee final installation and commissioning at the site.
a. Customers must cover all expenses for the engineer during the installation, including transportation costs.
b. Prior to the arrival of Grant engineers, customers should ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are prepared and ready.
