Warranty Statement

 

The whole machine is under warranty for one year. However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

 

Packing System

 

This machine is securely packaged in a wooden crate, ensuring maximum protection during transportation and handling.

A: Delivery time is 2 weeks for ice machines weighing 0.3-3 tons and 5-6 weeks for machines above 5 tons.

Q3: What payment methods are supported?

 

A: The most common payment method is 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

 

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:

 

1. Customers can install the equipment themselves with provided manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences.


2. Installation by Grant engineers is available for machines over 5 tons. 1-2 engineers will supervise and commission the installation.
