During ice production, the ice plate remains temporarily closed while water is meticulously sprayed from bottom to top. This occurs within an ice chamber set at a chilling -25ºC, resulting in pure, transparent ice cubes that boast nearly 100% impurity removal.
Once the ice is perfectly formed, the temperature of the ice plate is elevated using a high-temperature hot air flow, facilitating efficient de-icing. The pristine ice cubes then gently descend into the storage refrigerator under their own weight.
