Product Features:

During ice production, the ice plate remains temporarily closed while water is meticulously sprayed from bottom to top. This occurs within an ice chamber set at a chilling -25ºC, resulting in pure, transparent ice cubes that boast nearly 100% impurity removal.

Once the ice is perfectly formed, the temperature of the ice plate is elevated using a high-temperature hot air flow, facilitating efficient de-icing. The pristine ice cubes then gently descend into the storage refrigerator under their own weight.

This ice maker offers versatile rectangular and large cube ice options, making it an exceptional choice for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine, cafes, and other premium establishments.
