a. Customers are required to cover the expenses associated with the engineer's visit during the installation process, which includes transportation and other related costs.
b. To facilitate a seamless installation, please ensure that power, water, essential installation tools, and any necessary spare parts are readily available prior to the arrival of our Grant engineers.
