During the ice production process, the ice plate temporarily closes while water is sprayed from bottom to top in the ice chamber at an impressive -25ºC. This results in the formation of pure and crystal-clear ice cubes, with an almost perfect 100% removal of impurities.
After the ice is formed, the temperature of the ice plate is elevated using high-temperature hot air flow, which enables efficient de-icing. This allows the ice to drop effortlessly into the storage refrigerator below, leveraging its own weight.
