The whole machine is under warranty for one year. However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five years in case of leakage or deformation (change new drum for free).

2. For machines over 5 tons, Grant offers installation by engineers. 1 to 2 engineers will be arranged based on the project size for final supervision and commissioning.
   
   
   • Customers are responsible for covering all expenses of the engineers during installation, including transportation.
