During ice creation, the ice plate temporarily seals off as water is meticulously sprayed upwards into the ice chamber at a frigid -25ºC. This results in impeccably pure, transparent ice cubes, achieving nearly 100% impurity elimination.

Upon successful ice formation, the ice plate undergoes a rapid temperature increase using a high-temperature hot air flow. This ingenious de-icing method allows the pristine ice to gracefully descend into the storage refrigerator, harnessing the power of gravity.

Our sophisticated ice maker crafts both rectangular and large cube ice, making it an exceptional choice for bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine restaurants, cafes, and a myriad of other establishments seeking the finest ice quality.
