Warranty Statement

The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty.But the evaporator drum is covered for five years against leakage or deformation, with free drum replacement if needed.

A: The standard payment method is 30% in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers can self-install using the manuals, online instructions, and live video guidance provided by GRANT.

2. Installation by Grant engineers is available. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will dispatch 1-2 engineers, based on project size, to supervise and commission the installation.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses for the engineer during the installation, including transportation.
