During the ice production process, the ice plate is momentarily closed while water is meticulously sprayed upwards into the ice chamber at a chilling -25ºC. This process ensures the creation of pristine, transparent ice cubes, effectively eliminating nearly 100% of impurities.
Once the ice has formed, the temperature of the ice plate is elevated using a high-temperature hot air flow to facilitate de-icing. This allows the ice to effortlessly drop into the storage refrigerator, driven purely by its own weight.
