During the ice production process, the ice plate is temporarily closed, allowing water to be sprayed from the bottom to the top into the ice chamber. At a chilling -25ºC, this method produces pure and transparent ice cubes, achieving nearly 100% impurity removal.
Once the ice is perfectly formed, the ice plate's temperature is raised using high-temperature hot air flow to facilitate de-icing, allowing the pristine ice to effortlessly drop into the storage refrigerator below.
