A: For machines ranging from 0.3 to 3 tons, the delivery time is 2 weeks. For machines above 5 tons, the delivery time ranges from 5-6 weeks.

A: Yes, we offer customization services tailored to customer requirements.

Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: Typically, we require a 30% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to install the equipment themselves by following the comprehensive manuals, online instructions, and live video conferences provided by GRANT.

2. Alternatively, Grant offers installation services by their expert engineers. For machines over 5 tons, Grant will allocate 1 to 2 engineers, depending on the project size, to visit the installation site for final supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers must cover all expenses incurred by the engineer during the installation process, including transportation costs.
b. Ensure that power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are prepared and available before the Grant engineers arrive.
