The entire machine is under warranty for one year.However, the evaporator drum is warranted for five yearsagainst leakage or deformation, with free drum replacement.

A: Typically, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

Q4: Installation & Commissioning:
1. Customers can independently install the equipment using the manuals, online guidance, and live video support from GRANT.

2. Grant engineers can also handle installation. For machines over 5 tons, we will send 1-2 engineers, depending on project size, for on-site supervision and commissioning.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all expenses of the engineers during installation, including transportation.
