Q3:What payment methods are supported?
A: We commonly accept a 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.

Q4: Installation & commissioning:
1. Customers have the option to install the equipment themselves, guided by our comprehensive manuals, online instructions, and live video support from GRANT.

2. Alternatively, installation by our proficient Grant engineers is available. For machines over 5 tons, we will deploy 1 to 2 engineers, contingent on project size, to oversee final setup and commissioning on-site.
a. Customers are responsible for covering all related expenses for the engineer during the on-site installation, including transportation.
b. Ensure power, water, installation tools, and spare parts are ready before the arrival of Grant engineers.
